Personally, I prefer natural products. I always end up in a natural products boutique when I go shopping. I started thinking about making a business out of my passion. Why not? This is the best way to have success in life. If you enjoy what you are doing it sure helps to have a good attitude about it and this is half the success in my book. So this is exactly what I did. About two years ago, I created a business specializing in an all natural skincare products. I came at it from a rather original approach. I was a professional in natural herbal care for many different illnesses. I studied as an herbalists for many years, as well as an apprenticeship in traditional Chinese medicine. Although only a few of the "potions" that we herbalists create are useful for all natural skin care, I believed in using the information had on herbs and extracts to create better quality all natural skin care products.
Most of my friends were pretty skeptical when I first talked about it. I know why, you see, I come up with a lot of projects, but I have never been all that good at following through on them. It must be the Aries in me, quick to start projects but it seems I have a hard time finishing them. They had predicted my all natural skin care company to be like that. When I came out with my first skin anti aging cream, they figured that I would be out of business in five or six months at most. They thought I would be closing down within the first year when I came out with a new line of all natural skin care products meant for dry, chapped skin. Now, 4 years down the line, my all natural skin care company is working pretty well thank you. They can not figure out how I do it. But like I mentioned earlier if you have the passion, you will succeed. Maybe that was the key "ingredient" missing in my other projects.
When my friends ask about how to be successful in the all natural skin care industry, the answer is easy. I tell them that the secret is finding a niche market. I mean you have to concentrate in a precise area of a market. You see, allnaturalskincare is not that new, and it is not that specialized. Individuals from around the globe buy skin care all natural beauty products to heal and rejuvenate their bodies. So that the other businesses don't? I try to cash in on a local clientèle. Not only do I sell all natural skin care products, but I provide them with products made from locally grown, indigenous plant oils. They are all made right here in Oregon rather than being imported from all around the world. A lot more people nowadays like to buy local. They have a sense of community.
A lot of people are willing to pay quite a bit of money for all natural skin care products that are proved to be safe. If they know that it is locally grown and manufactured, they can feel good about what they are buying. And feeling good about their purchases is what keeps the great number of customers coming back over and over again. It's no big secret. Put some passion into it and think outside of the box by offering locally grown or produced ingredients. Voilà! I believe this is the reason I succeed with my all natural skin care products.
