We have introduced thousands of folk to the thrill of burning soy candles. The method of converting soybean oil to a wax base took place in Iowa about eight years before we entered the business. Soybean wax is a very high quality wax containing no cancer causing agents ( unlike paraffin candles which contain 2 known cancer causing agents ). Soy candles burn about 2 times as long as paraffin candles. You'll get approximately 125 hours of burning time from our pint size candles. Soy candles also burn clean, which means they do not soot up your place. We call the paraffins diesel burners. nSince soy candles are made from the extracted oil of the soybean plant, these candles are actually a green product. They are completely ecological. Our soy candles are not only green, we make them in blue, red, yellow, orange, mauve, swirls, brown, and white. The all natural perfumes we use are plant derived. Everything that goes into our candles is American Made all the way down to the glass jars and cotton wicks. nDianne makes all the labels for every one of our more than 2 hundred fragrances and brochures. She also organizes for all the craft shows. Dewey, the Candle Maker, cooks up the wax for the cleanest burning candles in the world. We are also finishing up our new soy candle making building.
